先日、とっても嬉しいことがありました!

バーリの海岸沿いの写真です。
This is the photo, 'lungomare di Bari'...the seafront of Bari.

初めて「プーリアに出会った」つまり、この写真を見たときのことを
今でもはっきりと覚えています。。
(こんな感じwでした)「何て美しいんだろう! 　一度でいいから、
こんな素敵なところで暮らしてみたい」
I still remember the first time I met 'Puglia,' I mean, the first time I saw this photo.
I was like...'How beautiful ! For once in my life, I'd like to live in the place like this.'

その時は、まさか近い将来本当にこの場所を訪れることになるとは、
夢にも思いませんでした。。自分は世界で1番幸せ(笑)だと思います!
神様に感謝♥︎
I did not think that I would visit this place in the near future...
I'm sure that I'm the happiest one everrrr!!! having opportunity to visit this place.

Orecchiette fatte a mano ...Handmade pasta 手作りパスタ(オレキエッテ)に挑戦!

プーリア州特有のパスタ、と言えばオレキエッテ!!
今日は、無謀にもw手打ちオレキエッテに挑戦してみました^^
Orecchiette, a kinda pasta, is typical and traditional in Puglia.
Today I've tried recklessly cooking handmade orecchiette.

まずは生地作り。デュラム小麦粉とお湯、オリーブオイル、塩でこねこねします。
I mixed durum wheat flour, hot water, olive oil and some salt.

それから、約2時間生地を寝かします。
Then I put it in the fridge for about 2 hours.

生地を寝かした後、パスタを成形します。
After 2 hours, I formed pasta.

いよいよパスタを茹でます。

Then, I boiled these pasta.

＼(^o^)／完成〜!!!
I made it !!!!!

デザートは柿です。柿はイタリアでもカキcachi(笑)と言います。
Persimmon, kaki, for dessert. Japanese kaki 柿 is called 'cachi' as well in Italy. XD

今日は徹底してPuglia dinnerに拘りました!
ワインはプリミティーボ、フレッシュなモッツァレラチーズ、
それからリコッタチーズのパスタソース(˘◡˘)♥︎
I've chosen wine primitivo, typical red wine in Puglia,
Fresh mozzarella cheese and pasta sauce with ricotta cheese.

肝心のお味は。。???
How is the taste?...that's the thing!

おいしーーーーーーーーーーい(´∀`●) もちもちの食感♥︎
意外と簡単にトライできました。また作ろうっと(笑)
That's delicious !!!!!...with a soft and glutinous texture.
It was unexpectedly easy to cook. I'll do it again. :D

The scenery in which the statue of San Nicola is walking silently and gracefully under the illumination arch.....incredibly beautiful. I wish I could see it some day. ;))

'Walking On Sunshine,' a musical film...「踊るアイラブユー」

昨日から公開の「踊るアイラブユー」(映画)を観てきました!
I've watched a movie, 'Walking On Sunshine.'

何でかと言うと…プーリアが舞台になっているんです(^o^)
ストーリーは、まぁ、先の読める展開でノーコメントwですが、
景色はやはり美しかった!! です。懐かしいなぁ(˘◡˘)
あと、80年代の音楽(洋楽)が好きな方にはお勧めできます♪
Because....Puglia was chosen as a shooting place for this movie.
Story? excuse me, I have no comment. XD
But the scenery was beautiful.
Recommended for those who like 80's music.

で、鑑賞の目的は、一体どこがロケ地に選ばれたの?　という疑問から。。
Then the purpose of seeing this movie was to identify the shooting place.

恐らく、(行ったことはないのですが)レッチェだと思います。
I supposed it to be Lecce, although I have not ever visited there.

Matera マテラ, Basilicata 3

マテラの洞窟住居も見てきました!
I visited 'La Casa Grotta del Casalnuovo' in Matera.

この時は英語の音声解説を選びましたが、
日本語の解説もある、と伺ってびっくり!!(^o^)
An audio explanation in English is available inside the casa-grotta.

このような洞窟に、実際に人々が住んでいたなんて…驚きです。
It's amazing that people in Matera actually used to live in this casa grotta...

お鍋やフライパンが沢山!! きっと、お料理が上手だったんでしょうね。
Lots of pans! ...they must have been good at cooking. XD

3階建て構造になっていて、
居間・台所など人間が住んでいる場所の階下(地下)
は、家畜小屋(地下1階)、更にその下はワインセラーになっています。
The house is dug-out 3 levels with a stall (a cattle shed) and wine cellar connected.

外に出て歩いていると、
マテラの町のミニチュアを見つけました。《≡^o^》

Matera マテラ, Basilicata 1

マテラはプーリではなく、バジリカータの街です。
バーリからも比較的近く、十分日帰りできる距離にあります。
Matera is a city in the region of Basilicata, not Puglia.
But you can make a day-trip there from Bari.

実はこの場所、ちょっとしたバルコニーのようになっていて

As this balcony is a good place to take photos, most of all tourists take photos from here.

それで、誰もがここで写真をゆっくり撮る、

南イタリアの方ではなく、北イタリアの方だそうです。

「神曲」の作者、Dante Alighieri (ダンテ・アリギエーリ)は
